This Privacy Policy explains what information FoodsTT holds about you, why we hold it, and how it is protected. Our guiding rule is data minimization: we store the minimum needed to run the service well, we keep it secure, and we strip records down once they are no longer operationally useful.
1. What FoodsTT stores
FoodsTT keeps its own operational database, separate from the central identity system. In it we store the information needed to run food ordering: restaurant profiles, menus and prices, your order history and order events, order statuses, your reputation and points, and general operational analytics that help us keep the service reliable.
Long-term, an order is archived down to only its essential fields — order ID, restaurant, a reference to your SOV ID, a snapshot of the items and total, the final status, and key event timestamps. We do not retain unnecessary duplicated images, duplicated menu files, full chat logs, National ID copies, excess device metadata, or address history beyond what a given order needs.
2. What SOV ID stores — not FoodsTT
Your identity verification is handled by SOV ID, the central Sovereign Digital Solutions Limited identity infrastructure. Your National ID and KYC evidence live in SOV ID, not in FoodsTT. FoodsTT does not duplicate your National ID image or number. What FoodsTT keeps is a reference to your SOV ID and your verification level and status — just enough to know that you are verified to the level required to place an order.
This separation is deliberate. It means the most sensitive information about you sits in one hardened, purpose-built system rather than being copied into every app you use across the ecosystem.
3. How your data is protected
Sensitive stored information is encrypted at rest, and backups of sensitive data are also encrypted. We keep storage lightweight and remove records that are no longer needed for operations, disputes, or legal obligations. Access to operational data is limited to what is needed to run and support the service.
4. Why we use your data
We use the information above to let you place and track Order Requests, to show restaurants the details they need to prepare and hand over your order, to calculate reputation and the public Heat Score, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to improve the service. We do not sell your personal data.
5. Pickup codes
The QR code, order number, and 6-digit PIN used at pickup contain only a random secure token. They never embed your National ID or other sensitive personal details, and the token expires once the order is completed or cancelled.
6. Your choices and data requests
You can ask what personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, or request deletion where we are not required to keep it for legal, dispute, or fraud-prevention reasons. Because your identity evidence lives in SOV ID, some identity requests are handled through that system; we will route your request appropriately. To make a request, email info@sovdigitalgroup.com.
